How can one think of puffed rice snacks and not start with the very famous bhel puri. To prepare this street food, you need puffed rice, sev, roasted peanuts, and finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients together and season it with some spicy green mint-coriander chutney and tangy tamarind-tomato chutney. Adjust the seasoning by adding some rock salt and chaat masala, and garnish it with a squeeze of lime and fresh coriander leaves. Your bhel is ready!

Puffed rice, ghee, jaggery, and peanuts – Combine all these ingredients for sweet puffed rice snacks that are an all-time winter favourite! Start by dry roasting the murmura on a medium flame to make them crisp. Keep it aside. Now heat about a teaspoon of ghee and add the jaggery powder to it. Once the mixture melts, take the pan off the flame and mix the puffed rice and stir well. Transfer the mixture to a greased pan and spread it into a thin layer. Let it cool and cut it out.

Form kebabs by enveloping the peas filling with the murmura batter, shallow fry them on a low flame.
