- 1 cup whole wheat flour , you can use all purpose flour if you are not too keen on whole wheat
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas mashed very well
- 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt , or regular yogurt hung till thick.
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, salt a pinch
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
FOR THE STREUSEL
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- few dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp butterscotch chips
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut slivers
