DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 210 gm (1 1/2 cups) whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 4 cardamom pods, shelled and powdered
WET INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 220 gm jaggery or brown sugar
- ¾ cup chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, dates and raisins)
