Is peanut butter the better butter
Peanut butter is a recent trend in the Indian market, otherwise, normal butter is still the highest-selling butter in our country. When the market started to get flooded by nut butter like almond butter and peanut butter, the question on the health factor raised. Mothers got confused which butter is the healthiest one for their family.
Typically, the price of peanut butter is much higher than normal butter. But does it mean it is the healthiest one? When there are so many options available, it is not easy to make the right choice. Peanut butter is made of hydrogenated vegetable oil, sweeteners and added salts whereas normal butter is a pure dairy product that remains solid when refrigerated.

So if you are on a mission to lose weight consumption of peanut butter is a more thoughtful choice, as it involves less fat intake than that of normal butter.
When the protein content was compared, it was found that 100 grams of normal butter holds only 1 gram of protein while the same amount of peanut butter yields 25 grams of protein. So, if you are a fitness enthusiast you better stick to peanut butter.
Apart from the above comparisons and studies, other nutritional facts might give you an easy way to decide which one to choose and if peanut butter indeed is the better butter.
Peanut butter consists of a high amount of omega fats which poses risks for our mental health.
