  • Bodied Rajma: 1/2 Cups

  • Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder: ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds: 1tsp
  • Wheat flour: 1 cup

  1. Boil the rajma as usual in salted water. You can also add some turmeric and cinnamon sticks into the boiling water to enhance the flavors.
  2. Drain water and mash the rajma into a paste. To this add all the other ingredients mentioned above. Adjust the salt and spice as needed.
  3. Next, take the flour, salt, and water and make a dough.
  4. Make small round size-balls of the dough and flatten them like making a chapati. Grab a ball of this paste and spread it on the flatted dough so the rajma mix remains stuffed in the middle.

  • Boiled Rajma: 1 Cup
