Besan pakora recipe in another style

Besan pakora is so versatile that you can prepare it in different ways as well. Mixed vegetable pakora with besan is another favourite of the Indian folks. Chop different vegetables like carrots, beans, cabbage and capsicum and mix them with besan. Add a pinch of salt, chopped green chillies and red chilli powder. Pour just a bit of water to combine all the veggies. The batter will be a bit dry. If you want, you can add a pinch of baking soda. Now take some of the mixtures in hand and place in the hot oil. Let them fry till they get a nice golden colour on both sides. These pakoras go very well with tomato sauce or chutney too.
