  1. Soak the brown rice flakes in water along with a pinch of salt for about a minute. Drain and again soak the flakes in one cup of clean water for roughly 10 minutes.

  3. Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add some cumin seeds followed by the curry leaves and the green chillies.

  8. Turn off the flame, and squeeze some lemon juice all over the poha.
  9. Stir well and garnish using coriander leaves, scraped coconut as-well-as pomegranate seeds.
