A tablespoon of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Half a teaspoon of soy sauce
Four tablespoons of sesame or vegetable oil
Salt as per taste
Water for soaking the chillies and for thinning out the sauce

Start by removing the red chilli stalks and soaking it in hot water for at least half an hour. Once the red chillies soften, blend it in a mixer grinder to achieve a coarse texture.
