Vegetable stock – 3 cups
Salt – as per taste
Cornflour – 2 teaspoon
How to Make
Place a wok on high flame and pour some oil. As it becomes hot, reduce the flame to medium and add chopped garlic and green chillies.
Sauté for a few minutes and add the chopped onions. As they become translucent, mix the chopped cabbage along with carrots and fry for a few minutes.
Now pour the vegetable stock followed by salt as per your taste and lemon juice. Let the soup boil for a few minutes.
