MIX: EMPTY CONTENTS OF RAGI IDLI MIX PACK INTO A BOWL AND ADD 1 1/2 CUPS* MEASURES OF WATER (360 ML). MIX TO MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER WITHOUT LUMPS.
REST: SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES.
SPREAD: AFTER 30 MINUTES POUR THE BATTER INTO IDLI MOULDS AND STEAM COOK IN AN IDLI COOKER FOR 10 MINUTES. COOL AND REMOVE FROM MOULDS.
