(Kodra / Arikelu / Varagu / Harka)
- Soak 1 cup of kodo millet and
- 3 cups of urad white whole for 3hours.
- Grind them together. Add 1 tsp of salt and allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours.
- Pour the batter into idly moulds or any round tray for making idlies
